The Creative Director is the senior creative lead at Hi Events, responsible for the vision, concept, and design language behind every event. Lead concept development, art direction, and the look and feel across every touchpoint, from venue transformation to guest experience. A successful Creative Director combines genuine originality with the practical instinct to know what will actually land in the room, building events that feel considered, distinctive, and unmistakably Hi Events.

Skills and Qualifications:
Experience: Strong portfolio of premium event, brand experience, or production design work, ideally across corporate and brand-led clients.Creative Vision: Original thinker with a clear point of view and the confidence to defend it.Art Direction: Sharp eye for design, materials, lighting, and spatial composition.Storytelling: Able to build a narrative through an event, not just decorate a room.Leadership: Comfortable directing designers, producers, and suppliers to a shared creative vision.Collaboration: Works closely with client-facing leads to turn a brief into a concept that wins and delivers.Technical Skills: Proficient with design software (Adobe Creative Suite, CAD or similar) and confident across event production techniques.
